Now that we have our summer company sorted we have 18 nights open in Shady Oak. 3 Bedrooms, 1 bath, 50’ of wade in waterfront and a brand new permanent dock. Offering 9 night stays either Tues 7/21- Thurs 7/30 ($4490) or get two full weekends Fri 7/31 - Sun 8/9 ($5051). Prices include tax & cleaning, dogs allowed for additional $60 cleaning fee. Please note that two of the bedrooms are accessed with a spiral staircase that may not be suitable for toddlers or those with mobility issues. Contact us directly to book!

The Summer ‘26 Sunny Maple calendar is open! We have rebooked our returning guests and have 3 summer weeks open in August (PSA: Labor Day is very late next year, Sept 7th!) We have the last week of June (6/21-6/28) open in Sunny Maple. The total is $3994 with tax and cleaning. I will leave it up for direct booking for another few weeks before I open it up on Airbnb!

We also have Sept 6th - Oct 3rd open at the same weekly rate for Saturday - Saturday stays. Inquire for pricing on longer or shorter stays!
