Join us in congratulating Rich! He received the award for 2026 Chamber CEO of the Year!!

Rich is the President and CEO of the Royal Gorge Chamber Alliance & Foundation - he recently launched the ASCEND Royal Gorge Leadership Program, a seven-month leadership development program launched by the RGCA. Designed for aspiring supervisors, small business owners, nonprofit professionals, public servants, and developing managers, tailored specifically to the unique opportunities, culture, and economic needs of Fremont County and rural Colorado.

Participants will connect with local elected officials, educators, and executives to get a behind-the-scenes look at how the region functions. It emphasizes hands-on experiences, practical skill-building, and multi-sector networking.
