Valcour Inn & Boathouse Valcour Inn & Boathouse is a beautifully historic estate & event venue on Lake Champlain.

Our nine-acre estate offers breathtaking views of Lake Champlain, Valcour Island and the Green Mountains of Vermont. Originally built in 1897, our unique, historical property has seven guest rooms and three gorgeous event spaces.
