The space Welcome to Foothills Retreat! Foothills Retreat Condo is newly renovated and located on the ground level of the Colonial Crest Condominium Complex. Located just two blocks off of Parkway in a cul-de-sac, you’ll have easy access to all of the action the area has to offer while still being tucked away from the noise and hustle/bustle. This unit has been updated with new floors, fresh paint, and all new furnishings. Foothills Retreat will accommodate up to 6 comfortably with a king size bed in the bedroom, queen size sleeper sofa in the living area, and queen size Murphy bed in the dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen that has all of the essentials if you plan on dining in. Take a break and relax in the whirlpool bath tub in master bedroom. The living room and bedroom both have Roku smart TVs as well as standard cable for you to enjoy. Keyless entry is available for ease of access. Complex offers: * Swimming Pool * Grills * Gazebo * Free WiFi 🔑We will have a flat rate of $99 every night of the year with a $50 cleaning fee per stay. 🔑2 night minimum stay (No fluctuations in rates due to local events) NO PETS ALLOWED Please feel free to message me with any questions or to book directly!
