This weather is hard on everyone, everything, and all the animals. Duke colicked again tonight. Thankfully we caught it early and I had some banamine on hand to give him right away. After walking him for an hour and half and letting the banamine kick in, he seemed better before I headed in for the night. Hopefully he doesn't have any issues in the middle of the night and I'll plan on keeping a close eye on him tomorrow. It's currently -14°F and it's still going to be in the negatives tomorrow and signle digits all next week too. Could be a long week ahead of us. Fingers crossed and say a prayer or two for all the farmers and animals during this cold snap.
