Looking for a few testers for a web app we developed for quickly evaluating Short Term Rentals (STR) properties.

This is the same data and core system we've used for 6 years to evaluate FRB Rentals properties but made as an easy to use web app with a lots of comparison data like Zillow, Rentcast, what if scenarios and break even analysis. It includes all the critical KPIs like Cash on Cash, NOI, Cap Rate, and much more. We have templates for on boarding cost, monthly cost and consumables, using AI to help pull local data.

We are adding a ton of features soon on multi-unit and comparison to Long Term Rentals (LTR) as well as tracking actual results to estimated at purchase, which adds a ton of value to owners of Airbnb and VRBO owners.
