🚨 Fireworks Reminder 🚨

As we prepare to celebrate Independence Day, the Rockport Police Department would like to remind everyone that the storage, possession, and discharge of fireworks are prohibited within the City of Rockport under City Ordinance 807.

Our goal is simple: to keep the celebration safe and enjoyable for everyone. Please be courteous to your neighbors, protect our community, and celebrate lawfully. Reduce the risk of fires, injuries, and unnecessary emergency responses by leaving the fireworks to the professionals.

We hope everyone has an awesome Independence Day filled with family, friends, and lots of fun!

In yellowJust a quick reminder to help keep everyone safe, residents, guests, pets, and our property. PLEASE ONLY SET OFF PERSONAL FIREWORKS AT THE FRONT ENTRANCE OF THE PARK AND DO SO RESPONSIBLY.

🚫 Please don’t shoot fireworks at your RV site, around cottages, in common areas, or near the pond. The pond area has dry grass, reeds, and other stuff that can easily catch fire.

Thanks so much for helping us keep our community safe and enjoyable for everyone.
