Perfect Snow Bird Retirement Vacation Condo 4/15/23

This excellent, sharply “ Mermaid” condo has been completely updated. The interior is clean and in pristine condition. The condo’s Kitchen is very workable with a nice size bedroom and a very comfortable bed.

This is a beautifully landscaped exterior in both the front and back yards.

The back screened in porch/lanai is awesome with a back yard that you’ll think you are in a topical paradise!

The Mermaid is located in a very convenient area in the middle of tons of action, a fantastic entertainment center with bars/restaurants and the beautiful beach just only 10 walking minutes away!

Wonderful landlords in Chuck and Kathy, always trying to make your experience feel like a “million” dollars!

We will be back for sure!
