The property has come along way! We are very thankful for our guests who have been staying with us since opening in January. This year has been different since our natural disaster hurricane Ian, but Signal Inn appreciates the patience and support of our guests! We are blessed to be one of the few on Sanibel Island to have opened early 2024. ☀

Happy Monday, Just a little update this morning. ☀

We are fully open we have 17 out of 19 units being rented! However, the pool is still not done. We have not been given an exact date when it will be ready, but as soon as we know when, we will update everyone here! If you do not see a pool update then it is NOT done. However, The beach looks amazing and we do have one board walk for beach access!

Our website is also not done yet so please continue to email us for ANY reservation questions and requests! When the website is completed we will also update you guys here letting you know it is done! Our email is [email protected]

Hello All, The update everyone has been anticipating 😀

We are officially OPEN! 😆 We are taking new reservations starting April and beyond! Our office is still in the works of being completed so if you would like to make reservations or have any questions, please EMAIL us at [email protected].

The grounds are still a work in progress but have come a long way and the pool is expected to be done in mid March. It has been a long time coming and we couldn't be any happier to finally welcome our guest back! ☀

Good afternoon everyone, Attached is a picture of a CLEAN pool coming back to life ☀️

Just a little update for you all. We will NOT be open for summer 2023, however, we are hoping to be open in the fall, of course with no guarantees. We appreciate everyone's patience as this has not been easy to navigate for anyone involved. If you have a reservation for 2023 and would like to transfer it to 2024 we ARE doing transfers. If you would like a deposit back, we ARE returning deposits. However, same rules apply. If you cancel your reservation and do not rebook for 2024, you will lose your spot.

You can reach us at our email ([email protected]) any day of the week with any questions! We are in the progress of opening our office phone back up. So we will post on here when the lines are working again!

We have meters coming in mid April for electricity finally, New a/c units installed, roofing and drywall actively being done, pool fencing on order, the maintenance room has walls again, and so much more behind the scenes to making our resort, a resort again! It is is a slow process so we will provide more updates, when we have them 🤣
