Charming home off the beaten path with a quiet tropical yard. 600 sq ft. living space on the first floor with 2 bedrooms (master & junior), 1 bath & living room with kitchenette. 8 min walk to beach & shops! Sleeps 2-4 people. This is for the couple or small family who wants to stay away from the main drag but have access within minutes to many activities, Besides the beach & 30A bike trail, there is a hiking trail head 3 blocks away to mountain bike or hike for miles through the Longleaf Greenway Trail (8 miles) which runs east and west through the Point Washington State Forest consisting of Longleaf Pines, Palmettos, wooden bridges, sand, water, etc... in South Walton County. Parking and picnic tables are available at the trailheads. I have actually seen a few deer in my yard :).
