LION’S GATE ECLIPSE PORTAL

Today, August 7th, is the astrological mid-point between
the Solstice and Equinox with the Sun at 15 degrees of Leo.
Pause to feel this for a moment!

Tomorrow, 8:8, is the peak of the Lion's Gate Portal that opened on the sacred day of July 26th as the Blue Star Sirius, also known as the Star of Isis, our ‘Spiritual Sun’, rose with our physical Sun in Leo opening this powerful Portal of Light to flood our planet and awaken our Hearts to new levels of Love and Creative

LAMMAS, LION GATE & ECLIPSE PORTAL

LAMMAS/LUGHNASAD: July 31st - August 7th
Here we stand at the mid-point between the Summer Solstice
and the Autumn Equinox in the Northern Hemisphere at
the sacred turning point of Lammas/Lughnasad, also known as the First Harvest of the agricultural year.

In the Southern Hemisphere it is mid-way between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox at the sacred turning point of Imbolc, where the very first stirrings of Spring are felt deep in the womb belly of Mother Earth Gaia...

Here in the North, we take this time to celebrate the
FIRST HARVEST of the Year...

In the Native American tradition, this is the time of the Sacred Corn Dances in honor of the Corn Maidens and Mothers.
During the Corn Dances the tribe dances in their full regalia,
followed by a huge feast, and offerings for the Harvest
and the nourishment of all peoples.

Traditionally this time of Lammas/Lughnasad is celebrated from
the eve. of July 31st-2nd of August but I have always felt it and honored it through the whole week, which is the true astrological mid-point between the Solstice and Equinox. This year that day is August 7th when the Sun is at 15 degrees of Leo, the true mid-point between the Solstice and Equinox.

The Celtic name Lammas actually means Loaf-Mass and is connected to the making of breads with the grains that are harvested at this sacred time of the First Harvest of the year.

It is a time to celebrate and honor the fruits of our labor and all that has grown to fruition from our seed intentions we set in the Spring. A time to celebrate the warmth provided by our beloved Sun through Summer Solstice and His sacred dance with the Rains, the Earth and ALL LIFE that have brought us this beautiful first harvest.

Lughnasad, is an Irish Gaelic name for this sacred festiva of the year, named after the Celtic God Lugh, the Celtic God of Light who is the son of the SUN who transfers his life force and power into the grain to ripen now. Lugh is then symbolically sacrificed as the grain is harvested.

At this time of year, we are reminded that with the First Harvest and the 'death of the grain God', there is the beginning of the descent into the yin and darker time of year!

At this sacred time, I love to share a big feast of summer fruits, grains, corn and vegetables to honor the First Harvest, and to reflect upon my life since Spring. I always like to make Cornbread to honor the harvest of the first grains and to attune to our beloved Corn Mothers and the sacred Goddess energies of this time.

This is a time to connect with the Goddesses of the Harvest and the Grain including Demeter and Ceres, the Greek and Roman Goddesses of the Grain, as well as the Celtic Goddess of fertility and agriculture Aine, as well as Mother Ker.

One year, quite a few years back, I was able to attend a Corn Dance on a Native American Indian reservation, the Santa Domingo Pueblo, in New Mexico. It was a profound experience and blessing to witness the traditional Corn Dances and to partake with hundreds of other beings in a huge harvest! I will remember this forever.

Many, many years ago I also had the profound blessing of attending a traditional Celtic Druid Lammas/Lughnasad ceremony at America's Stonehenge in Salem, New Hampshire. It was led by a Druid Priest and Priestess as they enacted the cutting of the grain, and death of the Sun God Lugh and the descent of the Goddess. When the priest called in the directions, it was so powerful. I could actually feel, see and sense the portal of each direction opening up a spiritual gateway. I could feel it like nothing I have ever experienced. The power of this ceremony was so deeply profound and etched a felt sense memory deep within my soul. Words can't express how powerful this was.

At this sacred turning in the Great Wheel of the Year, though we are still in the middle and intense heat of Summer, and still have the second and third harvests still to come, there is a marked feeling in the air as the green fields turn yellow and brown, as the Sunflowers, Black Eyed Susan and Goldenrod flowers shine their golden faces.

As the days begin to show subtle signs of less light, there is the first very subtle feeling of Autumn in the Air.

At this Sacred Turning Point in the
Great Wheel of the Year...

Call to the Corn Mothers and Maidens...
To the Celtic God of Light... Lugh...

Take this time to pause and reflect
upon the Sacred Seeds you planted
in Spring and notice how
they have grown...
Remember your sacred seed
intentions you had back then...

How have those little seedlings, symbolic of your seed intentions,
grown since Spring?

What are the first fruits you are reaping now from these sacred seeds?

What has come to fruition in your life and within your Soul since Spring?

What has been growing and expanding and being expressed through you since the Summer Solstice?

What is still growing??

What do you need to nurture now for the second harvest at Autumn Equinox?

This is a time of celebration and humility as the Great Wheel turns.

Pause to GIVE THANKS!!

Notice all that you are GRATEFUL for in your life...

HONOR deeply all that you have created and nurtured to fruition in your life...

Put out your prayers for the nourishment of ALL beings...
that ALL beings receive great abundance and the gifts of the harvest. That ALL beings to be sustained and nourished deeply!!
Pray that beings awaken across our Planet to be Caretakers of Mother Earth... to help nourish, restore and love Her.

FEEL THIS DAY!! FEEL THIS WEEK! FEEL THIS MOMENT!

Blessings beloved Soul Family,

I am writing this from a hotel room as I get ready to drive back to Sedona from California. I have been wanting to write about this powerful couple of weeks for a while but life has not allowed me the time and space to sit down and write. I have been in huge transition in the deep sea of the Great Mystery… in the vast unknown as I navigate these moments and times of my life right now.

Earlier this morning there was a powerful configuration of planets in the sky. (Please see photo above.)

We are in the midst of a potent time astrologically. Unprecedented!

Since last year, 2025, and even in 2024, and through into 2028, the transpersonal planets Pluto, Uranus and Neptune have been in a close dance with each other.

This week and last, they have been in exact aspect with each other forming a Minor Grand Trine. (*Please see chart below for details) What this means is that Pluto in in Aquarius and Uranus in Gemini have been moving in and out of a trine with each other, and they both have been moving in and out of a sextile with Neptune, and earlier this year Saturn was part of this sacred and potent dance of the cosmos. This is both a harmonious and flowing dance as well as a very dynamic and energetic cosmic configuration!

Right now, Pluto, Neptune and Uranus are all at 4 degrees of their signs and this past week, Jupiter joined in the dance at 4 degrees of Leo!

Today, a few hours ago the Moon in Libra joined this dance and formed the amazing cosmic configuration that you can see above.

Take a moment to just pause and gaze at this cosmic configuration. What do you feel and see as you gaze upon it? What associations, feelings or thoughts come to you?? Take this in and FEEL it in your body, mind, heart, soul and Spirit.

Tomorrow, July 20th, Jupiter will be in an exact opposition with Pluto, calling us into our power and into a deep transformation of the expression of our self and how we shine in our lives and in the world.

We are truly living through UNPRECEDENTED TIMES!

I think most of us can feel this deep, deep in our bones, in our hearts and in our souls. We are living through this time of profound breakdowns internally and in the events in the world around us, as the whole world is changing and shifting profoundly. There is also a monumental birthing and uprising happening under the surface, a collective and personal revolution going on!! Can you feel this?

I know I can feel this in my own life and soul right now and all I can think of is to BE PRESENT!
Be PRESENT and FEEL this MOMENT DEEPLY!!

OPEN & RECEIVE the PLANETARY CODES of the COSMOS that are imprinting our personal and Collective SOUL and our Planet Earth.

BE AWARE of each moment… each breath… each feeling… each thought…

Remember we are all connected in the vast Unified Field of Oneness. As Above, So Below.

What is happening in the cosmos right now is also happening within us!! FEEL IT…. SENSE IT.

Now look upon the second image here of what is called Barbault’s Basket or Craddle named after a French astrologer Andre’ Barbault who studied cultural shifts and evolutionary change through astrology and who wrote specifically about this moment of July, 2026.

This configuration has its’ peak this week from today, Sunday, July 19th through July 21st and has been forming from July 15th and will still be close until the 24th!

So, use this time period to tune in! Notice what you feel and experience.

What is leaving from your life? What is falling away and breaking down?

What is opening up and being born? What is stirring and rising in your soul?

What is transmuting and transforming so a new expression of yourself can be born?

What is inspiring you right now?? What is capturing your attention?

What creative sparks are moving through you and inspiring you? What do you desire to create?

What is longing to break through?

What new energies are you pulsed to bring into your life?

What are your visions and heartfelt prayers for your own life, for your family and beloved ones, for our beautiful Planet, for our Collective Humanity and for life in the New Earth??

This all matters greatly right now… these deeper stirrings within! So let us all be mindful and aware! Feel, see, taste, touch, remember and sense it all!

And more than anything… BE PRESENT!! Be OPEN and just RECEIVE the downloads, the Codes of Light and Creation that are flowing forth from the Universe, from the Cosmic Realms that are imprinting our Planet and our Souls right now.

Third Eye Activation from Venus & the Moon in Virgo
This Friday, July 17th, at 8:06am (PDT), the waxing crescent Moon will join with Evening Star Venus in Virgo.

Virgo is the 'Virgin Goddess' of the Harvest, the Priestess archetype that loves to have things in sacred order, in a very pure and simple way.

She carefully places her sacred objects upon her altar with intention and humility. Here she sits to receive energy, alignment and guidance for her own healing and the healing of those she serves. She is a healer, devoted to her path of service.
