From vision… to almost sold.

Looking back at these photos is a reminder of how far Rod N Reel has come. What began as floor plans, design boards, and construction has become a community we’re incredibly proud of.

Every residence was thoughtfully designed to create a place where families and friends can gather, slow down, and enjoy life at the lake.

When we started Rod N Reel, we dreamed of creating a place where people could slow down, gather with family, and make memories at the lake.

What we didn’t expect was how hard it would be to say goodbye.

This property has been such a special part of our lives, and while this chapter is coming to a close, I’m genuinely excited for the families who will get to call it home next.

It’s a rare place. The kind of place where mornings are quieter, lake days last longer, and memories seem to make themselves.
