We’re excited to welcome Ashly Fasold as our new Property Manager, starting April 15, 2026!

After an extensive search and nearly 25 candidates, we’re confident Ashly is the perfect fit as we head into our third, full season and continue growing.

Ashly brings a strong background in property management, with experience across everything from apartments to mobile home communities. She’ll be working closely with our owners, partners, and our amazing cleaning and maintenance teams to make sure every guest has an exceptional stay here on the Kenai Peninsula.
