At Alisal, summer is best served with a side of live music and wood-fired flavors. Bringing together renowned guest chefs, exceptional barbecue and even better company, this year's California Ranch Cookout series returns on Friday, June 13.

The 2026 lineup includes culinary stars from Chef's Roll's talented community: Kat Turner in June, Nik Ramirez in July, and Claudia Sandoval and Brad Kilgore, both in August.

With our series this summer officially booked, stay tuned for the BBQ experiences we have in store for the fall!
