What makes Boulder Point Lakehouse special?

Lots of space!

Boulder Point was designed as a place for families and friends to gather and celebrate the good things in life. With an open-concept living-dining-kitchen area and 2,000 square feet of living space, even large groups can be comfortable. This is a distinct difference between our home and most other rentals in the area.

If you’re planning a vacation for a larger group, perhaps grandparents, children and grandchildren, we may be the perfect destination for you!

Our recent guests from Virginia had a blast exploring the region’s beautiful lakes and rivers.

If fishing is your thing, we’re in the perfect spot! We sit on the 11 lake Grand Lakes chain and are surrounded by a number of additional lakes and rivers.

The big bass on the rock was caught from our dock area!

In June, we noticed a mother snapping turtle digging in our mulch and laying eggs. This week, some of those eggs hatched! Our landscaper sent this photo yesterday of a baby snapping turtle on its way to the lake!

What makes Boulder Point Lakehouse special?

Peace and quiet!

Our home base of Lakeville covers 66 square miles and is home to 104 residents. That’s 1.5 people per square mile. There’s a good chance there are more moose inhabitants of Lakeville than people. Boulder Point is a great place to unplug, get away from it all and reconnect with family and friends!
