🍂 Another Season of Memories… and So Many More to Come! ❤️

As another camping season comes to a close here at Holiday Hill, we can’t help but look back at all the moments that made 2026 so special.

The laughter around the campfires. 🔥 The kids making new friends. The music, the dancing, the themed weekends, and all those little moments that turn into memories we’ll treasure for years.

But the best part of Holiday Hill has never been just the activities. It’s the people who make this campground feel like a community. ❤️

And as we say goodbye to another incredible season, we’re already looking forward to making even more memories in 2027!

🍂 OUR FINAL WEEKEND LINEUP IS HERE! ❤️

If there were ever a weekend that felt like a Holiday Hill family get-together, this is it.

We’re spending our last weekend of the 2026 season doing what we do best—eating together, playing together, gathering around the fire, and making a few more memories before we say “see you next year.”

🍁 SATURDAY, OCTOBER 10

🚜 11 AM — Last Wagon Ride of the Season
One last ride around Holiday Hill! Load by the Duck Pond and come along for the final wagon ride of 2026.
Weather permitting.

🌶️ 2 PM — Chili Cook-Off & Fall Potluck
📍 Pavilion
Think you make the best chili at Holiday Hill? Prove it! 🏆
Not a chili maker? That’s okay—we need eaters and judges, too! Bring your favorite fall dish to share and come hungry.

🏁 4 PM — Hilltop 500 Matchbox Race
📍 Pavilion
Bring your favorite—and hopefully fastest—Matchbox car and compete for the Hilltop 500 title!

🎶🔥 7–10 PM — DJ Dance & End-of-Season Bonfire
Bring your chair, grab your favorite drink and join us for one last night around the community fire. We’ll dance the night away and celebrate another season of Holiday Hill memories together.
Weather permitting.

🥞 SUNDAY, OCTOBER 11

8:30–10 AM — End-of-Season Pancake Breakfast
📍 Activity Center

Pancakes, juice & coffee—our treat. ❤️

Please sign up in the store by 2 PM Saturday to receive your meal ticket.

Then comes the part we don’t particularly like…

saying goodbye until next season.

There’s something special about the last weekend. ❤️

After 24 weeks of camping, we’ve reached the final weekend of the season.

The last kids racing around the campground.

The last campfires.

The last visits with campground neighbors.

And, of course, we couldn’t end the season without one more Hilltop Matchbox Car Race. 🏁

Then we’ll gather together for our Community Fire and celebrate the memories that made this season what it was.

The final camping weekend of the season has a way of sneaking up on us.

Columbus Weekend is October 9–12, and we’re already looking forward to one more Holiday Hill tradition before the campers are tucked away for the winter.

The Annual Hilltop Matchbox Car Race will return, followed by a Community Fire celebrating the friendships, laughter and memories we’ve made during the past 24 weeks.

If your family wants to be here when we give the season its proper send-off, now is the time to reserve your stay.

What a weekend, Holiday Hill! 🎃👻

Halloween Weekend brought plenty of laughs, some good scares, and a whole lot of campground spirit. And if you heard screaming coming from the haunted walk… followed by laughter… that sounds about right. 😂

We loved seeing everyone get into the Halloween fun.

Families spending time together. Friends sharing laughs. Campers finding the courage to head into the woods after dark. And so many familiar faces — along with some new ones — making another weekend of memories with us.

Those moments make all the planning, building, decorating, and preparing worth it. 🧡

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who camped with us, joined the fun, and helped make the weekend special.

And an extra shout-out to our volunteers and haunted walk crew! From getting the scenes ready to bringing the scares to life, you put so much time and heart into making this happen. We appreciate every person who pitched in behind the scenes or stepped out of the shadows. 👏

You’re what makes Holiday Hill feel like Holiday Hill.
