Steinhatchee Falls, located near Steinhatchee, Florida, is the widest waterfall in the state, with a width of approximately 200 feet. The falls are situated within the Steinhatchee Falls Tract, a 1,766-acre area owned by the Suwannee River Water Management District, offering visitors opportunities for hiking, fishing, and wildlife viewing. THE 17TH ANNUAL STEINHATCHEE FIDDLER CRAB FESTIVAL FISHING TOURNAMENT will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2025.

The entry fee is $30 per angler or $15 per child angler. There will be a Captain’s Meeting at Sea Hag Marina on Friday, February 14, 2025 at 6:00 pm.

Weigh-In will be at 3:00 pm at Sea Hag Marina. Cash prizes to the winners. For more information, please contact 352-498-3008.

Making tons of progress on the docks, thanks to some hard work from the neighborhood and friends. This weekend, we rebuilt a section of the boardwalk. Next up, we’ll raise the gangway. We’ll be back and better than ever before you know it!
