This is a 17 lb. brisket. Theses are the before and after it was smoked. 17 people for dinner and only 4 pieces of the brisket left. Smoked it for 8 hrs. Everyone enjoyed it and you could even cut it with a plastic picnic fork. The best I've ever done.
