The Dolphin is a weekly student publication distributed to the Le Moyne College community that covers all aspects of life on campus: Academics, sports, the social scene, arts & entertainment, and politics. Students from all classes and majors are encouraged to join the paper, regardless of previous experience. The Dolphin provides students with experience in writing, editing, and photography.

“The body in front of us was enclosed in a bag and wrapped in cloth to protect her body. We would cut openings in that cloth throughout the semester, uncovering only the areas we needed for each dissection.

We started with the back.

So we opened the bag and cut the cloth there.

There was a woman’s back in front of me.
And somehow, within minutes, that was all it was.

A back.”
