The Alaska Department of Law released an alleged s*x offender of children to represent himself, waive his right to be present at trial, and plan for an escape by boa, obtain protective gear, and a weapon, and attempt to flee. I'm posting this in opposition of the lack of accountability our justice department seems to have in regards to detaining alleged predator type offenders. In the case of Misty Rehder and Phillips it was so very obvious that the best interests of the people would be to safely detail these individuals it should be more than shameful. These are cases in which innocent people are placed in danger by the irresponsible actions of the people hired to protect them. In the spirit of Stubbs, the write in candidate Mayor Cat of Talkeetna, that is still a worldwide legend, I am asking the residents of Alaska to remember who is in control of our State. We do not just have the cards, We the People ARE THE CARDS. And in the biggest small town in the world, we can make what should change and what should remain.
