Lots of sunshine, clear water, and a nice SSE breeze this morning, with clear skies predicted through the weekend.

Great action on the Pier yesterday morning, with limits of blues caught on GotCha lures; Jay caught and released a tarpon estimated at 100 lbs.!

We had partly cloudy skies and a light breeze from the south this morning, with clear green water (see pic). It's raining now, but expected to clear by mid-afternoon and stay clear through Sunday.

We caught Blues and some speckled trout early this morning, and blues, croakers, and VA mullet last night.

We have sunshine and a light NNE breeze this morning, with cooler temps. Very pleasant on the beach!

The Pier fishing was slow yesterday; we caught some blues on GotCha lures early, and then VA mullet and croakers on shrimp last night.

Here's Phillip with a nice red drum he caught and released last night - just over the slot. We also caught some blues and VA mullet, and more blues early this morning.

Pier fishing has improved; we caught big VA mullet last night and limits of blues last night and early this morning!

Summer Breeze today! We have temps around 80, a breeze from the South, and clear green water! The weekend forecast is good, with occasional showers on our coast.

We caught some trout and VA mullet from the pier last night, and blues so far today.

The pier had blues and Spanish yesterday morning, VA Mullet last night, and blues again this morning. We should see more Spanish with the warm temps and Southerly winds.

The rain has passed and we have a great forecast through next weekend!

The Pier had good action this morning for Spanish and blues-both hitting GotCha lures. Look for them to hit again late in the afternoon. We caught VA Mullet and croakers last night.

We enjoyed hosting the Edwards/Puryear/Fuller and friends group recently for their annual trip. Nice to see y’all making more memories at the JR!
