🧐 Here is some info to help you understand some of our ‘why’. As always, we value our customers and want to make sure everyone has a great experience while here. Family Friendly Fun is a core piece of our mission. Our demographics and our operational costs drive our decisions!
📍Why do we charge for armbands? Why aren’t they included in gate admission?
• Gate admission brings you into so much — parks & playgrounds, clean restroom facilities, picnic areas, trails, swimming, fishing ponds, creeking, and visiting or adventuring with friends and family. Lots of folks who come want to keep it simple. Yet lots of folks who come want to keep it high adventure. We cater to folks of all ages and want our price point options to include just that— options!!
📍So armband sales—
• assure people only pay for the level of adventure that they seek.
• adds on and allows use of FIVE (5) additional activities- pedal karts, paddle boats, kayaks, water inflatables, tube slide.
• prevents hourly fees for equipment which keeps money in your pocket.
• SEASONAL daily passes and armband passes are available!! Great savings, cheaper than a cell phone bill, and better memories than any video game!
📍Why do we require life jackets and height restrictions on water inflatables?
• The lake is DEEP! Life jackets are for your safety. We value safety as much as we value good times! Accidents are never expected, but they can happen!
• We follow Wibit manufacturer rules for the pieces we have installed. Many pieces are advanced- iceberg, rocket, tower, hurdles, the pond.
• The course requires strength and stamina. It's difficult to climb back on if you fall off in the middle of an obstacle. Strong swimming skills are needed.
• Youngsters make it look easier than it is. We want to let them romp!
