A dinner under the stars with dear friends from Boulevard. ✨

On Saturday we had the pleasure of welcoming Chef Nancy Oakes and Chef Dana Younkin to Hotel Wailea for a special four-course dinner with w**e pairings and a beautiful bit of reunion. Our own Chef de Cuisine Emmanuel Eng is a Boulevard alum, making the evening especially meaningful.

Mahalo to Nancy, Dana and the entire Boulevard family, who are celebrating their 33rd anniversary this month, for sharing such a memorable evening with us.

Celebrate dad the way he deserves. On Father's Day, Sunday, June 21st, our chefs are preparing specials throughout the day, alongside our regular menus.

Brunch in The Restaurant from 7:30am to 1pm, featuring A5 steak and eggs, a dry aged burger, and biscuits with foie gras gravy. Come evening, a Maui Nui venison chop in The Restaurant, mochiko fried opakapaka and an A5 skewer in The Birdcage, and the Pāhoehoe Cake to finish.
