In The Woods In The Woods is an overnight and seasonal campground located just outside of Walker, Minnesota.

Amenities:
• Fire rings at each campsite
• Firewood available for purchase
• Sewer & water hookups
• Electrical at all 40 camp sites
• Playground
• Volleyball area
• Laundry facilities for seasonal guests
• Fishing, swimming, kayaking, & more at area lakes
• Walking trails on-site and nearby
• Gather by the campfire at night
• Visit the Chippewa National Forest
• Bike the Paul Bunyan Trail
• Walk or hike the North Country Trail
• Close to the Moondance Events ground

Accommodations:
• 30 sites for overnight camping
• 10 seasonal sites for RVs & campers
• Sewer & water hookups at every campsite
• Electrical at each campsite

• Large campsites surrounded by ample green space

This camping season was a tough one for me personally. I lost my dad on April 1st 2026. We struggled through the camping season trying to figure out life without him. He was a huge supporter of Natalie and I’s idea of building a campground for everyone to enjoy. He spent a lot of time helping with maintenance especially box blading the roads and campsite pads. He bought a camper and stayed with us. Always wore his In The Woods sweatshirt no matter the temperature outside to show his support. He is greatly missed everyday We love you dad!!!!!! I was only able to get a few pictures throughout the year. But here are some PICTs of the 2026 season. Thank You for staying with us we appreciate each and everyone of you!!!!!
