Hump Day success this week. Another set of happy buyers closing on their new home!!!! After some ups, downs, high hopes and dreams dashed this one closed exactly on time lol. Another name goes from Active Client to Completed Transaction on the whiteboard for the year. BUT a new Active Client potential listing added as well so stay tuned.

Employee appreciation day for the bestest employee ever. Ran to Ripon for a home inspection then off to oshkosh for hot tub chemicals, menards and chic-fil-a. Back to Wautoma for a final walk through and some time in the office. Final photo was her officially getting laid off for the foreseeable future. I'm sure she'll make some guest appearances but for now my little cutie is gonna be running the school tomorrow as a 5th grader!

I THINK we will have a 2 bed 1 bath house between Wautoma and Redgranite available for rent as of Oct 1st. Don't have photos or confirmation just yet but should in the next week or 2. No garage but on an ace and a half. More details as the arise, unsure at the moment on rent amount as well. Let me know if you or anyone you know is interested.

Wanted to make it an extra special Friday and stack a second listing getting closed on the day. Hiccups at the end which included another truckload of stuff I picked up and hauled away BUT once again I have a happy client and successfully closed property. Had 2 other showings this afternoon as well (one good one dud) so hopefully add the to August excitement still!

This one was an up and down process from start to finish going in and out of contract but it officially closed this morning and ready for the new owners to start their own vision.

Ask not what you can do for your Realtor, but what your Realtor can do for you! First photo is what I hauled in my truck today to my burn pile (the 2 loads yesterday went to the dump). The rest are the garage trash out before and after) Had the help of Russell Junk Removal tonight loading all the rest in his trailer and hauling it away. All enroute to a hopefully smooth closing day tomorrow!

My last Wednesday with my assistant for a while, we worked on some hump day dump day fun! Vacant land listing needed 2.5 loads of trash removed before buyers would want to close. We loaded up another load of garbage from an airbnb that was overflowing. Then at my house listing took 2 loads of trash out trying to clean out the garage so it also can try to close on Friday. Few other misc stops throughout the day but worked up an A&W shake appetite. Now off to Open House at school.
