Our cozy rooms, located on what we call “Couple’s Row,” are designed with comfort and value in mind. At 219 square feet in a one-story building, they offer easy-access parking, super comfy Simmons Beautyrest mattresses, a refrigerator to chill your wine, and opposing windows that let in the fresh Breezeway air with views of our Japanese maple courtyard.

Important Update: Breezeway Boutique Hotel is Now 100% Smoke-Free
For many years, all of our accommodations have been smoke-free. Effective immediately, our entire property — both inside and outside — is now completely smoke-free.
This updated policy applies to ci******es, ci**rs, pipes, va**ng devices, e-ci******es, and all other smoking products anywhere on Breezeway grounds. A designated smoking area is located behind Building 8.
Our goal is to provide a cleaner, healthier, and more comfortable environment for you, your family, and our staff.
