Set at the base of Bill Williams Mountain at an elevation of 7,000 feet, this relaxed bed & breakfast is a 3-minute drive from a Grand Canyon Railway departure point. The 7 rooms are nature themed, flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, minifridges with free bottled water, refreshment trays with free chocolate, coffee and tea, plus complimentary Wi-Fi. Daily full breakfast is served in-room, outdoors or in the dining room. Multiple porches and a deck are furnished.

What is it like to escape from life for a stay at the Sheridan House Inn? The main attraction may be Grand Canyon National Park, just an hour away, but we've created this video to capture guest stays right here from arrival to departure - from the food, to the rooms, to moments of pure relaxation and reconnecting with the one you love. You'll even get a glimpse of some of the behind the scenes way we prep for each guest and some of our local attractions like Bearizona and Elephant Rocks Golf Course, Williams, Arizona. Thanks to some special guests who were our "models" and to James Whittle Kingdom House Media, our videographer. We actually were really filming to make a new header for our website, but we had so much footage, we had to make a longer version. WARNING: do not watch this when you are hungry!

A room just opened up for Thanksgiving weekend, as someone who booked a year ago had to cancel. We're always full for months in advance, but Oakwood is now available all week of Thanksgiving. Come enjoy and let us do all the work of the holiday - with good food, good company, and lots of holiday spirit. Thursday we have our Thanksgiving feast around communal tables, then Friday we transform the inn into a Hallmark Christmas - and we serve our "Evenings at Sheridan House...Dinner Experience" that night. Saturday we have a Chili Bar with all the fixings for our guests before the big very popular Christmas Light Up Parade in Williams that night, complete with the lighting of the Christmas Tree - all right out of a Hallmark Movie. It's such a wonderful kick-off to the holiday season. And don't forget breakfast every day and beautiful forested surroundings. Besides Oakwood available all weekend, Willow and Rosewood rooms are available if you want to come for the festivities on Saturday. Fall grilled cheese for breakfast, Sheridan House Inn way. Cheeses, prosciutto, granny smith apples, and egg (that makes it breakfast, of course), all melted between sour dough cooked to perfection in the panini press, so the bread is crispy outside and soft inside. And the crowning glory is a creamy cinnamon dip. Only here through Christmas, and then you'll need to wait until next September to taste its gooey goodness. What are you waiting for?

It's the first day of fall, a truly wonderful time of year...the colors, the sights, the smells are all just so comforting and delightful. Have you been to the mountains in the fall? The golden aspen show is glorious. Bring some layers for those crisp evenings by the fire. Happy Fall Ya'll.
