Golf a Hole With Us: Hole 9

We’ve made it to the finishing hole! Hole 9 gives you a fairly wide fairway to work with, but there’s still some trouble to keep in mind. Out of bounds runs along the right, while a lateral hazard follows the left side of the hole.

A well-placed tee shot can leave you with a short approach and a good look at birdie. The green slopes back to front, so don’t be afraid to attack the pin.

And once you finish up, you’ve got a pretty great view of the “19th hole”. 🍻

Golf a Hole With Us: Hole 8

Back into the trees we go! Hole 8 is another par 3, and while the towering trees surrounding you might make it feel a little intimidating, there’s plenty of room to work with.

The green has a large putting surface that slopes from back to front, so don’t be afraid to take an aggressive approach. Pick your line, trust your shot, and go for it!

First day of the playoffs calls for a little baseball-inspired golf style!

We’re mixing America’s pastime with a day on the course featuring a few favorites from Swannies:

⚾ Maverick Polo
⚾ Wade Hat
⚾ C**t Quarter Zip

Because playoff season is a pretty good excuse to bring a little baseball to the golf course. ⛳️

Golf a Hole With Us: Hole 7

Next up is the shorter of Spring Brook’s two par 5s! This dogleg left gives you a chance to make a move, but there’s trouble waiting if you miss your mark.

A well-placed tee shot toward the left center of the fairway can set you up with a chance to reach the green in two. But keep an eye on the out of bounds and bunker lurking on the right, there’s not much room for error.

The green is mildly protected by the largest bunker on the course, while anything long or left on your approach can quickly turn into trouble.
