As Spring Brook continued to grow, so did the vision for helping families find a place to call their own.

In 1991, Doug & Roxan Clausen partnered with Dar and Juli to help with the real estate expansion, later making the move to Wisconsin Dells full-time in 1996. Together, they have continued to build on the idea that Spring Brook is a home away from home for its owners and visitors. As the real estate team gained momentum, Jim Anacker joined in March 1995. Today, Jim proudly serves as the Broker of Cold Water Realty, leading a dedicated team that helps buyers and sellers navigate every step of purchasing or selling their home in the Spring Brook community and the surrounding Dells area.

What started as a growing real estate team has helped countless families become part of the Spring Brook community. Here's to the people who helped shape the neighborhood we know and love today!

Craft Beer Classic 2026 is a wrap!

A big thank you to all of our golfers, diners, vendors, and everyone who came out and made it such a great day. We’re especially thankful that this event helped raise money for the American Cancer Foundation. ❤️

And of course, we have to thank the awesome vendors who joined us: Gravity Box, Hillsboro Brewing Company, Boston Beer, Molson Coors, and Carbliss.

It was a beautiful day on the course, and we couldn’t have asked for a better turnout. Thanks for making the 2026 Craft Beer Classic one to remember! 🍻
