Every story has a starting point, and ours began with a vision, a leap of faith, and a piece of land in Wisconsin Dells.
On May 6, 1986, Dar and Juli, along with Dar’s mother, Vivian Lavigne, closed on 130 acres of farmland. Just over a week later, on May 15, 1986 they closed on an additional 67 acres that would become the beginning of Spring Brook Resort.
At the time, the property looked very different than it does today. The only structure on the land was a small building that would later become Spring Brook’s original Clubhouse.
What started as a dream would eventually grow into the community so many families, guests, homeowners, and staff know today.
We’re excited to share more of the moments, milestones, and memories that helped shape Spring Brook throughout the years.
