Y’all have been asking us about live music since we opened.

And we heard you.

But we made a decision early on: we weren’t putting entertainment ahead of ex*****on.

Before we turned up the volume, we wanted the kitchen right. We wanted the food consistent. We wanted the crew ready. And we wanted to know that when you packed this place, Old Gr**go could deliver.

So we waited.

We cooked. We adjusted. We learned. We got better.

And after putting this kitchen through the damn wringer…

The kitchen found its rhythm.
