Salmon Rice Glow Bowl 🔥🍚

This bowl is giving clean eating but make it fire 😮‍🔥💯 Crispy salmon, fluffy rice, creamy avocado, and fresh crunch—this is a whole balanced meal that actually slaps.

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
1 salmon fillet
1 cup cooked white or jasmine rice
½ avocado, sliced
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cucumber, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper to taste
Optional: soy sauce, sesame seeds, or chili flakes for extra flavor
𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Cook the rice: Prepare rice according to package instructions—fluffy and warm is the goal 🍚
Season the salmon: Pat dry, season with salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes.
Sear it crispy: Heat olive oil in a pan and cook salmon skin-side down first until crispy, then flip and cook until tender and flaky inside.
Prep the fresh stuff: Slice avocado, cucumbers, and halve tomatoes. Keep everything crisp and fresh.
Build the bowl: Add rice as your base, place salmon pieces on top, and arrange avocado, tomatoes, and cucumbers around it.
