We have five one bedroom apartments in Olympia. The Complex is neat, style full and secured. With electric fencing and has a security gate. Each apartment has a shaded parking bay. The Complex includes a swimming pool and braai facilities. Our one bedroom apartments include:
1. Bedroom with double bed and two single beds in the lounge.
2. Bathroom with shower.
3. Kitchen: stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, iron board, crockery, cutlery, fridge, etc.
4. Lounge with TV and DSTV

TWO BEDROOM APARTMENTS IN OLYMPIA:

We have seven two bedroom apartments in Olympia. The complex includes a swimming pool and braai facilities. Our two bedroom apartments include:
1. One bedroom with double bed
2. One bedroom with two single beds
3. Two single beds in the lounge
4. Bathroom with shower
5. Kitchen: stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, iron board, crockery, cutlery, fridge etc.
6. Lounge with TV and DSTV

We have 8 one bedroom apartments and 9 two bedroom apartments in It’s a secure complex with security gate and electric fencing. The apartments in The Complex includes braai facilities to our guests.

Meridian Realty List to Win Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
a. Meridian Realty (Pty) Ltd (“Meridian”) has implemented a lucky draw competition, open for anyone who enters into an Exclusive Sole Mandate Agreement with Meridian for a period of 90 days or longer, in accordance with these terms and conditions.
b. Participation in the "Lucky Draw List to Win Competition" (“the Competition”) is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Terms”). All participants agree to be bound by these Terms, which are subject to change at Meridian’s discretion.
2. Eligibility
To enter, participants must:
a. Enter into an Exclusive Sole Mandate Agreement with Meridian for a period of 90 days or longer, which agreement must start
between 1 March 2024 and 28 February 2025.
b. Complete a minimum of 90 days under the Exclusive Sole Mandate. Early termination will result in disqualification from the
competition.
c. Own a built-up resale property located within the Republic of South Africa. Vacant land, stands, developer stock, and
first-time registrations are not eligible.
d. Not be an employee, estate agent, or direct family member of anyone working at Meridian.
3. Entry Requirements
a. Entries are limited to one per eligible property mandated. The commencement date of the Exclusive Sole Mandate falls within the specified competition period.
b. Once a participant’s name has been entered into the Competition, the participant stands a chance of winning a cash prize of R100 000 (one hundred thousand rand).
c. Meridian has the sole discretion whether or not to enter into an exclusive sole mandate, and may for example decline mandates where the properties are located outside of areas that Meridian services, or mandates which Meridian is not prepared to take on for any reason whatsoever.
4. Prize and Winner Selection
a. Each eligible entry will be allocated an official entry number. All entry numbers will be recorded on individual pieces of paper and placed in a container. The pieces of paper will be mixed and one piece of paper, bearing the official entry number of one of the participants, will be drawn from the container and will be announced as the winner of the Competition.
b. The draw will take place live on 2 June 2025 at 10h00 on the Meridian page. The winner will also be contacted by phone during the live draw; if unreachable, an email notification will follow.
c. There will be only one prize awarded. In cases of multiple property owners, the prize will be divided according to their ownership share.
d. If the prize is not claimed by the winner within 30 (thirty) days of the lucky draw, the winner automatically forfeits the prize and Meridian reserves the right to redistribute the prize at its discretion.
e. Meridian reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant from the lucky draw competition if such person is found to be violating these Terms. If the person whose entry number is drawn is found to be in violation of these Terms, Meridian shall be entitled to perform another draw at a time and place as Meridian may in its sole discretion determine.
5. General Conditions
Meridian Realty reserves the right to:
a. Amend these Terms without prior notice.
b. Disqualify any entry deemed not compliant with these Terms.
c. Cancel or modify the competition if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Privacy
a. By entering the competition, participants consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal information for purposes related to the competition and as outlined in Meridian Realty's privacy policy.
b. The participants entering or taking part in the Competition hereby authorise Meridian to publish the fact that they have won the Competition and/or to take pictures of the winner for publicity purposes.
7. Liability
a. Meridian Realty will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to any participant or their property as a result of their participation in the competition or their acceptance and use of any prize.
8. Decision Final
a. The decisions of Meridian Realty and its judges relating to the competition and/or awarding of prizes are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner and the administration of the competition.
9. Governing Law
a. The competition and these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
