This winter, we’re hosting a retreat in the mountains.

Some of the most meaningful shifts happen when life slows down enough for you to hear yourself again.

From 1–5 July 2026, Cedarpeak will become home to A Leadership Threshold in the Wilderness — a carefully curated four-night retreat facilitated by Anita Craig of innerflow.

Set in the quiet of the Cederberg Mountains, this intimate experience is designed for leaders and professionals navigating change, seeking clarity, or simply needing space away from the constant pace of everyday life.

Expect slow mornings, meaningful conversation, guided experiences, Ayurvedic-inspired plant-based meals by Wild Within Wellness (Nicola Cunningham), and the kind of stillness that settles gently over time.

With only 10 places available, the retreat has been intentionally created to feel personal, spacious, and carefully held.

The Barn has always been more than just a building at Cedarpeak.
It’s a gathering space.
