Before anything else, I would like to offer my sincerest apology if you have waited longer than expected for a responseโor if your message has not yet received the attention it deserves.
I understand how disappointing and frustrating it can be to enquire about a special stay and receive no reply. Whether you are planning a romantic escape, celebrating an important occasion or simply looking forward to some well-deserved rest, your message matters.
Following an unexpected internal change in our booking management, I had to step in immediately and personally take responsibility for all bookings, payments and guest enquiries. We are currently working through more than 1,000 unanswered messages, while I am also introducing a new booking and invoicing system to ensure that every reservation is managed accurately and professionally going forward.
This transition has placed an enormous amount of administration on my shoulders, but I remain fully committed to Weston Guest House and to every person who chooses to stay with us.
