Mulungushi Village Complex Limited today formally welcomed Ms. Vivien M.C. Ndhlovu to its Board of Directors as a Sector Representative from the Ministry of Tourism.
Ms. Ndhlovu was welcomed by Board Chairperson Mr. Fabian Mayondi, Chief Executive Officer Mr. Peter Shula, and the Executive Management Team, marking an important milestone in strengthening MVCL’s governance, strategic leadership, and sector alignment.
Her appointment reinforces MVCL’s commitment to sound corporate governance, cross-sector collaboration, and sustainable growth as the organization continues to deliver a premium real estate and hospitality experience.

MVCL CEO Reaffirms Commitment to Teamwork, Service Excellence and Integrity

Mulungushi Village Complex Limited (MVCL) Chief Executive Officer reaffirmed MVCL's commitment to teamwork, service excellence, and integrity during the end-of-year staff function held today.

Addressing staff, the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Peter Shula, expressed optimism about the future of the organization, noting that MVCL has clear priorities, exciting opportunities ahead, and a strong and dedicated team capable of delivering on its strategic objectives. He further acknowledged and appreciated the continued support from partners, suppliers, and stakeholders who contributed to the organization’s progress throughout the year.
