Key Responsibilities:

- Cleaning cabins and accommodation after guest check-outs.
- Changing bed linen and preparing rooms for arriving guests.
- Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens and other accommodation areas.
- Maintaining clean and tidy park facilities.
- Following cleaning procedures and maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Working efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

What We're Looking For:

- A positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Reliability, punctuality and a good work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage, but not essential for the right person.
- Availabile to start immediately.

Join our friendly team as an All-Rounder Couple.

Coral Coast Tourist Park is seeking a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic couple to help maintain our park and provide a welcoming experience for our guests.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to people who take pride in their work, communicate well and enjoy working as part of a team. We welcome applicants from a range of backgrounds and value a positive attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn.

The role may include:

• General park maintenance and minor repairs
• Grounds maintenance and gardening
• Cleaning and maintaining common areas and facilities
• Cabin and accommodation upkeep
• Rubbish removal and general park presentation
• Painting, pressure cleaning and other maintenance tasks
• Assisting guests with enquiries when required
• Supporting reception and other park operations when needed
• Responding promptly to urgent tasks
• Keeping the park clean, tidy and well presented
• Working cooperatively with management and other team members

About you:

The ideal applicants will:

• Have a good command of spoken English
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests, colleagues and management

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on and motivated Manager or Assistant Manager to join our team at Coral Coast Tourist Park in beautiful Carnarvon, Western Australia.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced caravan park, holiday park, accommodation or hospitality professional who enjoys working with guests, managing day-to-day operations and being part of a regional community.

The successful applicant will assist with the smooth and professional operation of the park, including:

• Managing day-to-day park operations
• Guest check-ins, check-outs and customer service
• Managing bookings and reservations
• Experience with Newbook or similar booking systems highly regarded
• Supervising and coordinating staff
• Housekeeping and maintenance coordination
• Ensuring cabins, caravan sites and facilities are clean and well presented
• Handling guest enquiries and resolving issues professionally
• Monitoring park presentation, cleanliness and safety
• Assisting with stock, supplies and general administration
• Ensuring park policies and procedures are followed
• Being proactive and identifying areas where the park can be improved

This is a practical, all-round role suited to someone who enjoys leading from the front, working with people, and being involved in the day-to-day operations of a busy tourist park. We are looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards, creating a welcoming guest experience, and helping the park run smoothly.

The role may also suit a couple, depending on skills and experience.

About the Role

You will assist with the overall day-to-day operations of the park, including guest services, staff coordination, presentation of the grounds, and general operational support.

Key responsibilities include:

✔ Supervising daily park operations

✔ Reception duties including bookings, guest enquiries, phone calls, and check-ins
