Full-Time Barista / Café Supervisor Position Available

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Barista / Café Supervisor to join our team at The Club Hotel Roma.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is passionate about coffee, customer service, and café operations. You will work closely with our chefs and hospitality team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the café.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing high-quality coffee and beverages
Providing exceptional customer service
Managing daily café operations
Ordering and maintaining café stock and supplies
Working alongside chefs to coordinate food and beverage service
Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
Assisting with staff training and café presentation
What We're Looking For:
Previous barista experience with strong coffee-making skills
Experience in café operations and stock ordering
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail
A positive attitude and team-focused approach
Availability to work weekends and public holidays when required
