The Queens Arms Hotel is located in the main street of Roma, QLD. The 100+ year old hotel has been modernised in the bar areas towards the end of 2017, but still holds the charm of a classic outback pub.
The hotel offers Public/Sports Bar, Lounge Bar, TAB Area, 15 Machine Gaming Room, 40 seat Dining Room, Beer Garden with Projector/Big Screen.
We are currently seeking applications for a
π₯DUTY MANAGERπ₯
This will be a full-time position and will involve predominantly nights & weekends, rotating with 3 day shifts 9am - 5.30pm every 2nd week
Ideally we are seeking someone with the following:
* 1-2 years experience in a similar role
* Excellent customer service
* Extended knowledge of TAB, Keno & Pokie Machines
* RSA, RSG, Food Handlers essential
* TAB Compliance Training Cert
* RMLV & Approved Managers Licence is required for the position or MUST be obtained immediately
Job Role includes, but not limited to
* Bar & Bistro service - YES! you will be required to run meals and clean tables
* End of night procedures including til reconciliation
* Completion on Daily Taking Sheet
* Pokie Machine clearances
* Staff supervision of up 4 staff members on one shift
