Guest host former Miss Australia Emily Egan. Presentation by The Cavalcade of History and Fashion Inc. who will showcase authentic 1950s cocktail dresses while revealing the remarkable stories behind the women who wore them.

ℹ️ Temporary Relocation of The Alcoves Dining

Please be advised that from 20 July to 2 August The Alcoves Dining (Level 2) will be temporarily relocated while renovation works are carried out.

During this period, breakfast, lunch and dinner will continue as usual in the Adam Room on Level 4, with the same menus and friendly team.

Guests also have the option to enjoy light meals and refreshments in the Reagh Bar throughout the renovation period.

We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding while we create improved facilities for our members and guests.

A little corner of France in The Alcoves today! 🇫🇷

Our Bastille Day Lunch was full of French food, wine, music and laughter, with the wonderful Mademoiselle Julia serenading each table on the accordion.

What a wonderful Bastille Day Lunch today in The Alcoves, filled with French flavours, festive decorations and plenty of joie de vivre.

A very special thank you to Mademoiselle Julie, who brought the room to life with her accordion, serenading guests table by table with classic French songs.

We were honoured this week to receive a Certificate of Appreciation from the APCCI - Aust Phil Chamber of Commerce Inc following their recent 2026 Induction of Officers and Trade and Tourism Forum held in Cellos.

The recognition acknowledges the service and hospitality provided by our team and reflects the strong relationships we continue to build with organisations choosing our venue for their conferences and special events.
