A guest made the challenge. Sushi Chef Callin delivered.

When one of our guests challenged Sushi Chef Callin Capron to create a sushi roll unlike anything they had ever seen, he went straight to work.

The result? Our one of a kind Fettuccine Lobster Roll. Fresh lobster, sushi rice, and bold flavors, all finished with creamy, cheesy fettuccine inspired indulgence. A true fusion creation that proves there are no limits to culinary creativity.
