We are now hiring for full time summer/winter rental technicians and ski tech positions in our shop in Canmore, AB. Start date from September 1st.

The main position involves renting sports equipment to customers from all over the world. Summer rentals are primarily bikes and climbing gear and winter mainly skis, ice skates, snow shoes and ice climbing gear.

Ski technicians will mainly be repairing and tuning our own rental fleet and customers skis using our Montana tuning robot. Full training will be provided.

Applicants should possess strong customer skills and a solid understanding of outdoor sports. Responsibilities include handling cash, using a POS system and fulfilling opening and closing procedures. Comprehensive training will be provided for this role.

If you enjoy interacting with customers, working with a close knit team and have a passion for the outdoors this is a great opportunity with perks including free rentals and pro deals on sports equipment. Staff accommodation is also available!

Skiing is not over yet… Sunshine Village opens tomorrow from June 20th - July 5th for Summer skiing! We will have our skis available for rent, with our sport ski package daily rate starting at $54/day, which includes skis, boots and poles!
