It is that time of year once again - The Opinicon's Fall hours are here!

We want to thank each guest that has come to enjoy our restaurant, ice cream shop, pizza oven and grounds this busy summer season!

The Weekend Features Start Today!

We have a Salted Blueberry Sour cocktail - A bit of an upgrade from your standard gin sour, with elder flower syrup, blueberries and a pinch of salt.

Next up is our Mozzarella Arancini ($14) - served on our pomodoro sauce, topped with shredded parmesan, pesto oil and crispy basil.

For dinner you can try our New Zealand Lamb Shank ($32), served atop garlic whipped potatoes, with a rosemary jus, red w**e gastrique and fresh seasonal vegetables.

Not Shown Here: Our Saturday lunch special will be Chicken Tinga Tacos ($23), with refried black beans, chipotle salsa and a salsa verde. Service with your choice of fries or salad.

Movies On The Lawn Update*

Due to the earlier rain (and wet grounds), we are moving the screening of Back To The Future into our Alford room, upstairs in the main lodge!

The movie will start at 8pm this evening - you are able to come inside to grab your spot (it is still a bring your own chair and blankets event!) as of 7:30pm.

Grab some popcorn, grab some floor and get ready to go Back to the Future!

Join us this Sunday, August 23rd, as Tony Silvestri takes to the patio from 1pm–4pm.

Grab a seat, enjoy some refreshing drinks and delicious food, and settle in for an afternoon of great tunes.

Jeff Gaulton is bringing the tunes to the patio Sunday, August 16 from 1–4pm — weather permitting, of course!

Good music, cold drinks, sunshine (fingers crossed) and a pretty great way to spend your Sunday. 🍹🌿

Our weekend features looked so good.. we had a little photo shoot!

Cocktail ~ Creamy Lemon Coconut Margarita
Limoncello, Tequila, coconut cream & sweetened condensed milk

Appetizer ~ Mexican Street Corn Ribs
jalapeno & lime crema, pico style cabbage slaw, feta cheese

Market Fish ~ 6oz Skeena Stealhead Trout
braised cabbage, honey & sage glazed carrots, garlic & thyme roasted red & white
potatoes, taragon honey mustard cream, topped with a 6oz fillet of freshly caught Trout flown in from the Skeena River in BC.

Dessert ~ Chocolate Coconut Pie
This is just one of the many delicious offerings we have from The Pie Bar.

We will be serving up these delicious offerings all weekend (or until we run out!) so be sure to order accordingly.

Sadly, due to the rain, we are postponing our showing of The Little Rascals. The blast of rain we got makes the lawn far too saturated to have folks sit in the grass.

The *new* date to watch the movie on the lawn will be Saturday, August 15. The movie will start at sundown. There will be complimentary popcorn, and the ice cream shop & restaurant will be open until the movie begins!

We apologize for any inconvenience but hope to see you on Saturday evening instead!
