Before summer lets go....take one more paddle.

Launch right from the beach at Blue Spruce, make your way across Oxtongue Lake and along the river towards Ragged Falls.

Some places are worth visiting once.
Others make you want to turn around and do it all over again.

And maybe the best way to enjoy it is to stay a little longer. Wake up by the lake, grab a paddle, spend the day exploring and come back to your own little piece of the lake.

Congratulations to the Algonquin Snowmobile Club on being named Club of the Year for District 7! 👏

We are proud to be part of the snowmobiling community here on Oxtongue Lake, right on the OFSC trail system. It’s also where the club’s groomer calls home, so we are especially happy to see all the hard work of the club and its volunteers recognized.

Congratulations to all the members and volunteers who made this well-deserved recognition possible. We are so excited for the upcoming snowmobile season.

The Algonquin Snowmobile Club has officially been named Club of the Year for District 7!

This award belongs to every single one of our members. Whether you donated your time, pitched in funds, or swung a hammer to help get our new groomer shelter built, your hard work made this happen.

Some places just keep calling you back.

For Richard and Sylvia’s family, that place has been Blue Spruce for 15 years.
This summer, they returned for another 10 day stay, enjoying time together at the lake, exploring the area, and making more memories with their family.

After their stay, they shared:
“We love coming here for about 15 years now and are looking forward to our return next year already.”

And this part made us smile:
“We continue to plug you guys and send customers your way.”

Honestly… that means more to us than we can say.
Because the best part of Blue Spruce isn't simply seeing guests arrive.
It’s watching them come back.
Then come back again.
And eventually bring their family with them.
That’s when you know a getaway has become something more.
