We're not like other brunches...we're a cool brunch

And by cool, we mean unlimited cocktails, made-to-order omelettes, nosh boards, eggs bennies, fresh pastries, exquisitely prepared seasonal dishes, a dessert spread that deserves its own visit and absolutely no expectation that you share.

Our Fall Brunch Series is coming up, with four Sundays, four slightly different menus and plenty of reasons to make brunch the main event.

Your first good decision of 2027? Brunch🥂

Sleep in, gather your favourite people and start the new year with a table full of really good food. No cooking, no cleanup and absolutely no need to have your resolutions figured out just yet.

Join us for our New Year’s Day Brunch on January 1 from 12–2pm, featuring all your Prince George breakfast favourites alongside a few things worth celebrating. Think made-to-order omelettes, Eggs Benedict, fresh pastries from our bake shop, East Coast oysters, PEI mussels, Steak au Poivre, Rack of Lamb, Tuna Tataki and a dessert selection that deserves its own New Year’s resolution.

And yes, there will be mimosas and Caesars. 🥂

Adults: $135
Kids 6–14: $50
Kids 5 & under: Free
All prices include tax and gratuity.

So you’ve been put in charge of the holiday party...Congratulations? 🎄

Before you open 17 browser tabs and start a spreadsheet called FINAL Holiday Party Plan v3, save this.

Start with your date, guest count and budget. then there’s the menu, dietary restrictions, bar, room setup, AV, parking, timing, décor and approximately 14 tiny details nobody thinks about until the week of the party.

Or you could tell us what you have in mind and let our Events team help you figure out the rest.

From the room and catering to drinks, setup and all those behind-the-scenes details that make the night run smoothly, we’ve done this a few times 😉

You’ve already got a job...planning the office holiday party doesn’t need to become your second one 🙌

We live in Halifax...waiting for perfect weather seems... inefficient ☂️

Some of our favourite days in the city are actually the grey ones. The kind that call for a tiny coffee shop, an afternoon wandering through the Art Gallery, a bookstore with nowhere else you need to be and a waterfront that’s almost entirely yours.

Catch a matinee at Neptune, find an old-school pub and order something warm, then, when you’ve had enough fresh Atlantic air for one day, tuck into a table at Gio for cocktails and dinner.

Just a very good Halifax day that may or may not require an umbrella ☂️
