What an amazing Pet Month it’s been 🐾 We can’t believe how quickly this month flew by, and we’ve loved helping share so many wonderful animals looking for homes along the way!

To wrap things up, here are this week’s adorable adoptables from the BC SPCA Victoria 💙

🐶 Bonnie
1-year-old female Standard Poodle dog
Bonnie is full of playful puppy energy and absolutely loves toys, walks, attention, and making new friends. She’s been winning over shelter staff and volunteers with her sweet personality and affectionate nature. Bonnie would thrive in a home ready for lots of fun, playtime, and cuddles.

🐰 Billy
6-year-old male Netherland Dwarf rabbit
Billy may be a senior gentleman, but he still has plenty of love left to give. He’s a gentle little bun who would love a calm, caring home where he can relax, explore, and enjoy all the attention he deserves. Billy is looking for someone patient who understands rabbits are a long-term commitment and part of the family.

🐱 Apollo
2-year-old male Domestic Short Hair cat
Apollo is a laid back young cat with major old soul energy. He can be a little shy at first and loves having cozy hiding spots nearby while he settles in, but once he trusts you, he’s incredibly sweet. Whether he’s curled up in a lap or casually batting at a wand toy, Apollo is happiest spending quiet time with people he knows.

Another Friday, another group of adorable adoptable pets looking for their forever homes 🐾

As part of our Pet Month initiative, we’re continuing to partner with the BC SPCA Victoria
to help spotlight animals currently waiting for loving homes 💛

🐶 Groot
2-year-old Boxer Mix
Groot has quickly become known as the shelter’s little Velcro dog because he never wants to be far from his people. He’s goofy, affectionate, full of energy, and guaranteed to keep you laughing with his playful personality and enthusiasm for absolutely everything!

🦜 Maude
4-year-old Budgie
After spending the last year living on her own, Maude is hoping to find some feathered friends again. She’s comfortable around people, has experience stepping up, and would love a home where she can bond naturally with another budgie companion 💕

🐱 Ike
8-month-old Domestic Short Hair cat
This sleek little “pocket-sized panther” is full of curiosity, confidence, and kitten energy. One minute he’s chasing toys like it’s his life mission, the next he’s curled up in your lap purring away. Ike would love to leave the shelter with one of the other three adult cats he came in with 🥰
