What do glaciers and deserts teach you about teams?
Adventure runner Jukka Viljanen has led expeditions across the Sahara, the Kalahari and the glaciers of Greenland. His answer is simple: when the direction, the destination and the goals are defined together, the group gets there. The same goes for teams.
The Expedition is a two- to three-day leadership retreat at Haltia Lake Lodge, in the heart of Nuuksio National Park. It is led by Jukka Viljanen and Heikki Kiili, who brings two decades of experience in guiding groups.
