This winter, Wildwoods is thrilled to unveil an exciting new culinary chapter! 🍽️

We are deeply honored to welcome Chef Gordon Yam, head chef of the newly opened Arctic restaurant Roavvi, as our Consulting Chef. Chef Gordon has personally designed and curated an exclusive seasonal menu created just for Wildwoods!

Having previously worked with a Michelin-starred and Green-starred team, Chef Gordon recently collaborated with top culinary talents to launch Roavvi here in Rovaniemi. Now, he brings his refined palate and masterful technique to Wildwoods, featuring handpicked Lapland game and Arctic fish to present an exceptional yet delightfully relaxed dining experience.

Every dish is a seamless fusion of master-level inspiration and signature Wildwoods flavors.
