It was during the annual Heritage Days that we had the opportunity to step inside one of Paris’s most mysterious locations: the Élysée Palace, the official residence of the President of the French Republic. Dating back to 1722, it is one of Paris’s architectural gems. Among its former residents were the Marquise de Pompadour and Napoleon I.
