🌊 Did you spot a familiar location in Canal Boat Diaries?

Last year, Robbie Cu***ng visited Tewitfield Marina while filming Series 7 of Canal Boat Diaries.

Due to some unexpected issues with his usual boat, the Naughty Lass, Robbie borrowed a boat moored here at the marina before setting off to explore the Lancaster Canal.

We're delighted to feature in Episode 5, and we have to admit... the marina looks rather good on screen 😊

🌸 Discover a Secret World at Sizergh! 🌍

If you're staying with us this season, don't miss the 'Wonder World: Earth' Children's Trail at Sizergh (National Trust). Created in partnership with children’s publisher Nosy Crow, this fun, family-friendly adventure takes you underground to explore the "magical, marvellous world of soil!"

It’s the perfect way to get the kids outside and burning off some energy during your holiday. 🏃‍♂

✨ What to expect:
🐛 A nature-themed trail along the accessible Holeslack route.
🌱 Fun facts about the creepy-crawlies and life that lives beneath our feet.
🎨 Beautifully illustrated by Xuan Le (based on the book by Ben Lerwill).
🐕 Dog friendly: Well-behaved pups on leads are welcome to join the walk!
