Saturday’s nearly here 🍕

The End of Summer Party lands this Saturday, 12pm till 10pm. Lawn games and pizza available from the outside bar, paella from 5 till 8, and live music through the afternoon.

*Updated Music Times* - Cammy Cairns is now playing 1pm - 4pm, and Jason Brand takes over from 4pm - 7pm. We will no longer be running the Silent Disco this time. Everything else is going ahead as planned.

The Bridge Inn Scottish breakfast, pancakes, eggs royale, and tattie scone nachos - that's not even all of it. 7 days a week, 8am till 11am.

There is no wrong answer here. There's barely even a bad one. Book your table, tell whoever you're bringing, and thank yourself on Saturday morning.

Not by anyone in particular. Just by all of us.

The End of Summer Party runs 12pm till 10pm. Lawn games and pizza from the moment we open, and Jason Brand playing through the afternoon, paella from 5pm till 8pm, and the Silent Disco once the light starts going.

Free to come along, whatever time you turn up. Silent Disco tickets are free to book too - just a £5 deposit on the headphones, straight back to you at the end of the night.

Back to school, back to Family Friday 🍕

If your week's involved new shoes, name labels and an alarm clock again, tonight's for you. Family Friday is on TONIGHT from 5.30pm.

Face painting and lawn games for the kids, Aiden Davis playing live from 5.30pm till 7.30pm, and pizza fresh from the outside bar all evening.

Nothing to book, nothing to plan. Come as you are, let them run about, and let us do the rest. See you on the lawn.

The End of Summer Party☀️

Saturday 29th August - one last big one on the lawn before autumn gets any ideas. Live music from Cammy and Jason Brand, lawn games running all day, pizza from the outside bar all day, and paella from 5pm till 8pm.

Then once the sun’s going down, the Silent Disco starts!

The important bit: the party itself is completely free. No entry fee - just come down, bring the family, and stay as long as you like.

The £15 ticket is for the Silent Disco headphones ONLY, so if you want to be on the dance floor, that’s the bit to book. Numbers are limited, so worth sorting early!

The Good Food Guide is picking Britain's 100 Best Pubs for 2026, and nominations close 11.59pm THIS THURSDAY. We'd love a shot at it - but that only happens if you put our name forward...

We could talk about the drink and the food, and we're proud of both. But the honest answer is that The Bridge is what it is because of who walks through the door - the regulars who've had the same seat for years, the families who've spent their Fridays out on the lawn with us this summer, the walkers along the canal who stop in and stay for another.
